Anthony Travers - ChairmanChairman of the Board for the Cayman Finance. Mr. Travers is also the Chairman of the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange and former Managing Partner for international law firm Maples and Calder. He has over thirty years experience in all aspects of Cayman Islands law, particularly mutual funds, structured finance, insurance and private client, and has throughout advised Government on the development of Cayman Islands legislation. Mr. Travers was made an Officer of the Most Excellent Order [OBE] for his services to the Government and the Financial sector August 1998. |

Justin AppleyardJustin Appleyard is a partner at Maples and Calder and in charge of the global trusts group where he and his team advise on all trust and fiduciary law matters, in particular, the use of trusts in commercial and corporate transactions. Justin joined Maples and Calder in 1996. He previously worked for Dibb Lupton Broomhead and Penningtons and before that, for Freshfields in London. Mr. Appleyard is representing the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) on the Cayman Finance board. |

James BergstromJames is managing partner of the Cayman legal practice and head of Ogier’s global Investment Funds Team. He joined Ogier in 1991 and became a partner in 1998. He received his Bachelor of Law, with Honours, from the University of London in 1990. James is a member of the Cayman Islands Law Society (council member since 1998), the Caymanian Bar Association (council member since 2002 and President since 2008), the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple of England and Wales and is a Notary Public in the Cayman Islands. James is also a council member of the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange. James is a Director of the Cayman Finance and is a member of its International Relations committee. James is recognised by industry commentators as a leading specialist in his areas of expertise for the Cayman Islands. |

Stuart DackStuart Dack, ACIB, MBA, President and Chief Executive of Cayman National entered banking in 1971, and qualified entered banking in 1971, and obtained the ACIB Stuart Dackqualification with distinction. Mr. Dack worked for the Midland Bank Group in the UK for 22 years where he held a number of managerial roles at branch banking, area and regional levels. He joined Cayman National as Internal Auditor in 1992 and in 1998 was promoted to Executive Vice President of Cayman National Corporation. In 2001, he was awarded an MBA with Merit from Southampton University. In April 2004 he took on the role of President and Chief Executive of the Group. |

Mike GibbsMike Gibbs is President of Kensington Management Group, Ltd, and a past Chairman of the Insurance Managers' Association of Cayman. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has over 25 years in the offshore financial industry, of which 4 years (1990-1994) were spent in Hong Kong and the balance in Cayman. Mr. Gibbs is representing the Insurance Managers of Cayman (IMAC) on the Cayman Finance board. |

Paul HarrisPaul Harris, F.C.A., T.E.P., is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a notary public for the Cayman Islands. He qualified with Ernst & Whinney in London before coming to the Cayman Islands in 1967 where he became the first British chartered accountant to take up residence and practice in the Islands. He is a founder member of the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants, served as secretary to the Chamber of Commerce for eight years and is presently President of the Cayman Islands Company Managers Association. He opened the first accounting office in the Cayman Islands for what is now Ernst & Young and later acted as Cayman correspondent for the international firm Ernst & Ernst for five years. He founded International Management Services Ltd in 1974 and is their current Chairman. Mr. Harris is representing the Cayman Islands Directors Association on the Cayman Finance board. |

Gonzalo JallesGonzalo E Jalles, Argentine, was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of HSBC in the Cayman Islands in January, 2007. Mr. Jalles is also a director of four companies in Cayman, including the HSBC main legal entity and is the Vice President of the Cayman Islands Bankers Association. |

Mark LewisMark Lewis is Managing Partner - Clients and Senior Investment Funds at Walkers. He has in excess of 25 years of post qualification experience, the last 14 of which have been with Walkers in the Cayman Islands, specialising in all aspects of mainstream corporate work, particulary hedge funds. Mark is founding board member of the Cayman Islands branch of Hedge Funds Care, and was elected Chairman of the Executive Committee of AIMA Cayman in September 2008. He is also a member of the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority's E-Reporting Working Group. |

Gary LinfordGary Linford is a co-founder of DMTC Group Limited and DMTC’s subsidiary and affiliated businesses in the Cayman Islands, Singapore and Luxembourg. Gary is the Managing Director of DirectorsPlus Limited, a Cayman regulated business established in January 2007. He is the former Head of the Investment & Securities Division of the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority, April 2004 - October 2006 (CIMA). Prior to joining CIMA, Gary was the former Global Head of Banking & Investments at Deutsche Bank International Limited. Gary participated at board level in numerous international centres used by Deutsche Bank, from Mauritius through a number of jurisdictions in Europe to Cayman. Gary has a Master’s in Applied Finance from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. Gary is a member of AIMA and was instrumental in the establishment of the AIMA Cayman Chapter. Mr. Linford is representing AIMA on the Cayman Finance board. |

Roy McTaggartRoy McTaggart has over 20 years experience with captive insurance companies, offshore banks and hedge funds. As an Audit Partner with KPMG Roy's practice is concentrated in providing assurance services to the hedge fund and offshore banking industries. Roy was appointed to the Board of Directors of Cayman Airways in June 2001 and Chairman in December 2001. In May 2005 Roy resigned from the role in keeping with KPMG's policy on Partners serving as directors of operating companies. Mr. McTaggart is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants. |

David Roberts - TreasurerMr. Roberts is the Treasurer for Cayman Finance. He is Managing Director of Cayman Management Ltd., the longest established pure management office in the Cayman Islands. Mr. Roberts is representing the Cayman Islands Managers Association on the Cayman Finance board. |

Dan ScottDan is the regional managing partner and asset management sector leader for the Bahamas, Bermuda and Cayman Islands Sub-Area of Ernst & Young's Financial Services Office. He is also a member of the Ernst & Young Global Hedge Fund Steering Commitee, which provides strategic direction to the global practice. Dan has been with Ernst & Young for more than 25 years and has extensive asset management experience. He serves several multinational asset management clients. Among his area of focus are audit and advisory services, including structuring and servicing complex global and offshore funds. Dan received a B.S. in accounting from the University of Tampa. He is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and is currently registered and licensed as a CPA in the State of Florida. Dan is currently a Board Member of the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange and also a Member of the Cayman Islands National Advisory Council. He is a past President of the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants (CISPA). |

Ian WightMr. Wight is the Managing Partner of Deloitte in the Cayman Islands with overall responsibility for operations across four primary businesses; Audit, Tax, Consulting, and Financial Advisory. He has more than 20 years of experience and is the senior partner operating in the firm’s Financial Advisory Services group. Ian was the Deputy Chairman of Deloitte’s Offshore Working Group and previously served on the LACRO development board. |
